Internal Wall Insulation (IWI)
Internal wall insulation is one of the methods used to insulate solid wall properties by fitting insulation to the inside walls of the property and creating a thermal barrier between the inside of your home and the outside world.
How does IWI work?
Internal wall insulation (IWI) works by adding a small frame to the interior wall of your home. This frame is then filled with insulation fibre, and plaster board is added over the top of the frame to add an extra layer of heat-trapping insulation.
How can I get free Internal Wall Insulation?
If you live in a solid-wall property you could qualify for a grant to cover the cost of adding IWI to your home.
We work with professional installers able to do this on nationwide schemes and privately.
All our services are available through scheme funding (qualification criteria applies) and able to pay / private work.
Please note that you do not need to be on a benefit to receive our scheme funding, so, what have you got to lose?
